  • But then he took office, shook up the transatlantic order.

  • undermined NATO, again, and Ukraine,

  • and showed cynical, history-free opinions on the continent.

  • The European Union was formed in order to screw the United States.

  • I think they've been freeloading.

  • The European Union's been absolutely terrible to us on trade.
