Trump's tariffs against China were the centerpiece of his grand Liberation Day trade plans.
and on both sides duties had been ratcheting up and up.
But this weekend, after negotiations in Geneva,
the two countries agreed to substantially cut their respective import tariffs for 90 days.
Both sides on the reciprocal tariffs will move their tariffs down 115%.
