Rachel Reeves, the Chancellor,
did a speech today where she spent lots of money on transport projects in various parts of England.
And this is kind of being perceived as the good news, air quotes,
before the air quotes bad news next week of the spending review,
where the decisions will be potentially a bit less popular.
But...
One thing that lots of people clopped from her speech was she did that classic politician thing of doing it in front of a bunch of workers.
In this case,
it was a bus factory in Rochdale and some of the workers didn't look super enthusiastic about being there.
Although we haven't heard from them directly,
so we don't know what their emotions actually were.
Anyway, newscaster Mark clearly has got this on his mind because he messaged us saying,
