26 分钟Hello, Claudia Hammond here with Health Check from the BBC.
Today we have the results of not one but two new cancer trials,
which some are hailing as breakthroughs.
And from Kenya and Tanzania,
we'll hear about aflatoxins affecting both crops and human health.
And to help me today, I have BBC health reporter, Philippa Roxby.
How are you?
Very well, thank you.
So I'll be talking to you about these cancer trials,
but what else do you have for us today?
Well, we're going to be looking at something called an electronic tattoo or an E tattoo,
which monitors how much brain power we're using.
We shall see how much brain power we're using.
I'm very intrigued by that one, by the way.
But let's start with cancer.
And if you've noticed a lot of stories about new breakthroughs in the past few days,
it's because a big cancer conference has been taking place in Chicago.
And, Phillip, you've been following what's been happening there.
And one really interesting trial has been using exercise not to prevent cancer in the first place,
but to treat it.
