have ruled that Mr Trump's misused emergency economic powers legislation when he declared blanket...

the judges ruled that only Congress has the power to regulate international commerce.
Well, Mr Trump's team immediately said it was going to appeal that.
And in the past 30 minutes or so,
breaking news that a US federal appeals court has temporarily suspended a ruling that blocked many of President Trump's recently imposed tariffs.

The White House is seeking to overturn Wednesday's decision completely.
We're going to see

But first, earlier today,
supporters of Mr Trump were playing down the significance of the initial blocking of the court,
