And we're going to begin today with a conversation about the president's tariffs
because they are on.

This time it's because of a court ruling.
So the U.S.
Court of International Trade in Manhattan ruled that the president overstepped his authority when declaring an emergency economic power to slap tariffs on essentially the entire world.
So the ruling even applies to the president's Liberation Day tariffs,
