You know what, guys?
I'm guilty.
I'm one of those people who watches a good movie or listens to a good song and always shares it.
But I think you could do the same just with this podcast.
If you like it,
go ahead and share it with one other person and remind them to subscribe so that they never miss an episode.
Now, let's get into today's solutions.
This is People Fixing the World from the BBC World Service with me, Myra Anubi.
Now, the way I see it, there are two ways to go through life.
You could potentially be overwhelmed by all the problems we face today or inspired to find ways to address these issues.
And on this programme, we focus on solutions.
Today I'm taking you back to Malawi, a country in southern Africa.
It's one of the poorest countries in the world,
but it's also a place that's filled with people who are hungry for positive change.
While I was there, I found out about a lot of interesting projects changing Malawi for the better.
And I've already shared how they're improving education, but this week we're looking at recycling.
We'll sip some coffee at a quirky cafe, make toys with refugees and sing with women at a compa site.
Waste is a big issue around the world, and Malawi is no exception.
It's estimated that more than 70% of the country's rubbish is either burnt or ends up in dump sites.
And I saw these.
