单集文稿 ...

  • Hello, we've got something a bit different for your Bank Holiday Monday episode of Newscast.

  • We are embarking on a summer tour where we're popping up at various festivals across the UK.

  • And the first one where we're making our summer tour debut is at the Hay Literary Festival in the Welsh Borders where loads of people from the book world come and meet bookworms.

  • I mean that respectfully.

  • And there's loads of talks and events.

  • And the BBC's got a tent there where various BBC programmes record editions.

  • And one of them is Newscast.

  • And that's what you're going to hear now.

  • An episode of Newscast at the Hay Festival with some friends of the podcast,

  • some of new friends of the podcast,

  • and a whole load of newscasters in the audience in a slightly windy tent.

  • Newscast.

  • Newscast from the BBC.

  • He has just compared me to the Fat Controller.

  • Did I say that?

  • I can't believe I said that.

  • Next question.

  • This is R for the benefit of Earth.

  • I'm not personally a huge Sabrina Carpenter fan.

  • I don't think I'm being rude.
