Spain's foreign minister has called for an arms embargo against Israel, at the start of a meeting in Madrid aimed at bringing an end to the war in Gaza. Also in the programme: Events across the United States are marking the fifth anniversary of the death of George Floyd - whose murder by police sparked mass protests for racial justice; and Venezuela is holding parliamentary and regional elections - but opposition leaders have urged people not to vote, calling the process a sham.
