You're listening to Business Matters here on the BBC World Service with me, Rahul Tandon.
Plenty coming up on the programme.
We're going to be talking about Apple, Harvard, Boeing, Nippon Steel as well.
Lots going on in the world to guide us through it all.
We have Takara Small, who, of course, is a tech journalist who's based there in Canada.
You know, we talk a lot about tariffs, you know, US, Canada, 51st State.
Is it all a bit calmer now, Takara?
Well, I haven't heard the 51st state in a while,
so perhaps things are calming down, at least on this side of the ocean.
They are indeed.
But guess what, Takara?
We are going to talk about tariffs on the programme, so I'm afraid no escape for you there.
And we've also got Colin Peacock, of course,
from Radio New Zealand, familiar voice on the programme.
And, you know, over the last few months,
has there been a lot of talk in New Zealand about the tariffs as well, how it will affect?
The economy, I suppose we focus sometimes on bigger economies, but it affects everyone, doesn't it?
Oh, it certainly does.
New Zealand is a trading nation.
Exports absolutely critical.
