Exactly what are we talking about here?
Well, nowadays there's been several articles online discussing this new policy in Hangzhou,
the city of Hangzhou in East China's Zhejiang province, if I'm correct.
And this policy that grants spring and autumn breaks to primary and secondary school students,
which is, surprisingly, a practice initiated ever since 2000.
