BBC Sounds. Music, radio, podcasts.
Hello.
Here is a public service announcement about how you can listen to Newscast live on Friday morning after the Runcorn by-election result has come out.
And just as the English local election results are coming in,
we're going to be on the live news stream on BBC Sounds.
So what you need to do to listen is go to the live radio dial at the top of the BBC Sounds homepage.
Tap where it says live news.
And at 7am on Friday morning, until so far undisclosed time,
you will hear Newscast with me and Chris and maybe Laura,
hopefully, talking about what has happened overnight.
And if you want to listen to us on your smart speaker,
you can say, ask BBC Sounds to play live news.
And if you were listening to this on a different device and your smart speaker is now playing BBC News to you,
well, I hope you're enjoying BBC News content coming at you in multiple directions.
And what you're going to hear now is today's episode of Newscast.
Newscast.
Newscast from the BBC.
He has just compared me to the fat controller.
Did I say that?
I can't believe I said that.
