Today I'm going to be talking about emotional abuse.
This is a phrase that people have been throwing around a lot.
This is a really important topic to cover.
and i actually mentioned it in the last solo episode that i did which was two episodes ago i was talking about the three things that made it so that couples therapy wasn't indicated and one of the things i mentioned was physical abuse and i kind of uh glazed over emotional abuse as well i didn't spend much time getting into it but i got a message from one of the listeners who said that i minimized the impact of emotional abuse.
