Canada have confirmed nine fatalities after a man drove through a crowd at last night's street festival celebrating Filipino culture.
Multiple people were injured.
Vancouver City Councilor Peter Fry attended the festival.
He was emotional when he spoke to CNN about what happened.

A 30-year-old man is in custody, arrested after initially being chased down by people at the scene.
