Today, Pakistan says any attempts by India to limit its water supply is an act of war,
as tensions between the two countries mount after the killing of Indian tourists on Tuesday.

The worry I hear more often is actually not even the tariffs, it is uncertainty.

India blames Pakistan for the attack and has closed the main border crossing and suspended a water-sharing treaty.
