  Almost every day, maybe only one day, I didn't go to the beach.

  But I just love the beach.

  It feels so good for my body.

  If anything is aching or hurting, or sore.

  I always take a swim in the ocean or in salt water and I immediately feel better.

  The only problem is that the waves are massive.

  The waves in Puerto Escondido are huge.

  For example, yesterday I saw some of my old friends from middle school.

  There is elementary school, middle school, and high school.

  Then university and college.

  But my friends from middle school are in Puerto Escondido right now.
