U.S. Secretary of Treasury Janet Yellen saw the rainbow across the Beijing sky when she landed in the Chinese capital on July 6th for her four-day visit. This was her first trip as treasury chief to China. She is also the second highest official of Biden's administration to come to China, after Secretary of State Antony Blinken did last month.
