The annual Bois Forum for Asia kicked off on Tuesday under the theme,
Asia in the changing world towards a shared future.
The forum brings 2,000 representatives from some 60 countries and regions, including leaders from Russia, Indonesia,
Laos, Bangladesh and Kazakhstan,
along with around 120 ministerial level officials and leaders from some 30 international organizations.
Delegates will spend three days discussing strategies
for navigating global challenges and fostering regional cooperation.
Chinese Vice Premier Ding Xuexiang,
also a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee,
will attend and deliver a keynote speech at the opening plenary on Thursday.
So what's on the agenda of this year's meeting?
What uncertainties does the world face?
What certainties can Asia provide?
And what can we expect from the world's most economically dynamic region?
