As a recipe developer, I spend a lot of my time trying to come up with dishes that are quick,
easy, but also very special.
For me, that means dishes like Cotro Grato Salmon.
It's a crispy salmon filet with a salty, sweet glaze that bubbles up in candies.
I love cooking this because it only takes 20 minutes.

Here's what we're covering.
A federal judge is turning up the pressure on the Trump administration in the case of the man it wrongly deported to a prison in Al Salvador.
At a hearing yesterday,
the judge criticized the administration
for dragging its feet and not immediately complying with a Supreme Court order to facilitate his release.
She said, quote, to date, nothing has been done, nothing.
Government lawyers had previously admitted that the man, Kilmara Armando Abrego Garcia, was mistakenly deported.
Though on Tuesday, some of President Trump's top advisors abruptly changed their position,
claiming that he was deported on purpose.
