Democrats are blasting President Trump's tariffs policies as creating chaos and corruption.
Speaking Sunday on ABC's This Week,
Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren said she rejects Trump's use of a 1977 emergency law for his escalating trade war,
and she's calling on Congress to end the president's ability to impose tariffs without congressional approval.
They talk about an emergency.
They've got a 10% tariff on basically every country in the world, everywhere.
What's the emergency that we have with Belgium, or the emergency we have with South Korea?
So look, these guys are into chaos.
Authorities are investigating a fire that occurred at Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro's home overnight and say a person is now in custody.
Ampere's Shonda Lee Stuster has more on that story.
Pennsylvania State Police say 38-year-old Cody Ballmer broke into the governor's residence and set a fire around 2 a.m. with a homemade device before fleeing.
Ballmer was arrested Sunday afternoon in the Harrisburg area.
The Dauphin County District Attorney says the office is preparing to charge Ballmer with attempted murder,
terrorism, aggravated arson, and aggravated assault.
Governor Shapiro says he and his family were safely evacuated.
Shapiro, who posted photos of his family's Seder table Saturday,
said the incident will not stop him from celebrating Passover.
Shapiro also called for an end to acts of violence.
