markets are still reacting to President Trump's decision to suspend his new terrace for 90 days.
After falling for several sessions, Wall Street skyrocketed yesterday.
The European Union has now matched that decision and will pause its new terrace for 90 days as well.
But Trump has boosted levies on China to 125%.
Markets remain volatile this morning, and PR Scott Horsley reports that on Wall Street in pre-market trading,
the Dow Jones and Nasdaq futures have fallen more than 1%.
The message from the market could not be any clearer.
The market likes global trade and does not like anything that interferes with that.
When President Trump was running interference with his deep tariffs, the market sank.
When he suspended some of those tariffs, the market soared.
The Dow Jones industrial average jumped more than 2700 points yesterday.
The S&P 500 index was up more than 8.5%.
