Before we get started,
let's all just take a breath together and acknowledge that overwhelm and stress are probably at their highest right now.
I know at least for me, It is incredibly high with all that's going on in the world,
all the changes, all of the conflict, the anxiety, the massive amount of work we've all got to do.
It's really a lot.
And I was thinking today on what specifically I need to do.
And I thought, hey, you know what?
