  • Okay, so we taped a great show.

  • Myself, Jordan Rodriguez, the Athletic and Colleen Wolf today.

  • And you're going to hear that show in just a little bit.

  • But I'm driving away from Inglewood and I get a text that Russell Wilson has signed with the Giants.

  • By the time I get back to the studio,

  • just about 10 minutes later, Stefan Diggs has signed with the Patriots.

  • And it really bothers me when we're not as up to date as humanly possible on NFL Daily.

  • So I wanted those to be part of this show.

  • So I'm just going to talk about those two moves quickly and then we'll get to the rest of the show where we're really trying out our acting chops,

  • doing some role playing.

  • Okay, let's start with the rust deal.

  • One year 10.5 million to join the New York Giants in one of the wildest quarterback rooms in recent memory.

  • Russell Wilson, Jameis Winston and Tommy DeVito, I love it.

  • And I don't think they're done there.

  • More in a second.

  • $10.5 million for Russ and Jamis,

  • two for $8 million means they are paying a combined roughly $14 million this year to Jameis Winston and Russell Wilson.

  • That is the same amount of money that the Colts are paying Daniel Jones.

  • That is significantly less money than the Raiders paid Gardner Minu last year.

  • That's actually good business.
