  • Let's talk about something that hits close to home for so many of us.

  • Burnout.

  • A recent study from May 2024 showed that 44% of U.S. employees reported feeling burnt out at work,

  • 45% feel emotionally drained, and 51% feel completely worn out by the end of the workday.

  • But here's where it gets even more interesting.

  • The same study showed that only 22% feel anxious,

  • 50% often experience a sense of belonging, and 40% feel a sense of fulfillment.

  • I recently had a conversation with a close friend where I was explaining how,

  • despite my mindfulness practice, I too was feeling the weight of burnout.
