  • What happens when we take our practice off the cushion and into the real world?

  • Let me take you back to a moment that shifted everything for me.

  • I was on a seven-day retreat a few years ago.

  • and towards the end of the retreat, the teacher gave a talk that felt like a wake-up call.

  • They said, meditation isn't just something that you do, it's how you live.

  • And I remember sitting there stunned.

  • Up until that point, I had been treating my meditation practice like a separate task,

  • neatly tucked into a corner of my day.
