  • I just picked up the pace.

  • I'm going to be running to the next cross street here, which is one of my longer little fart licks.

  • and recently she wrote about a way to make your workouts more efficient.

  • It's called the fartlick.

  • Okay, I'm coming up to the crossroad, and now I'll slow back down.

  • I can feel my heart rate slowing somewhat.

  • It's a little rest period.

  • And now I will start to run again.

  • I'm going to go to the next cross street here.

  • Fartlech is a Swedish word.

  • It means speed play.
