  • But major drone and missile strikes on Donetsk and Kharkiv,

  • as elsewhere last night, suggest otherwise.

  • At least 20 people have been killed and dozens more injured, it seems mostly civilians.

  • A spokesperson for the Donetsk police service gave more details of the attack there.
