The past year, how great our bodies feel, how optimistic we are,
and how, like, we've never felt so youthful, you know, ever.
Yeah.
Pretty much the exact opposite of all of that.
Yeah.
We talked about habit building.
You know what?
Like, I'll just make.
I'll say one thing.
Like, no matter how dark things get, there has to be a refuge.
Like, everyone has this tendency to have, like, negative thoughts.
Right.
And then you just have to have like a, you know, a button that you press to get out of it.
And for me, it's exercise.
I go for a run and I reset myself.
