Yeah, our challenge was exercise for 20 minutes a day.

So it basically is like a. If you had a chart of the seven days.
Day one, you know, started with like 20 minutes of riding a bike, and then day two was like 10 minutes.
Then day three was like, off.
Day four, five minutes, and then it just tapered off after that.
I, I would consider it a, a, a total fail, a failure.
And I feel terrible because I, I wanted to be invested in our challenge, but I just, like, couldn't get.
I don't know, like, I couldn't will myself out of the chair.
You know what I mean?
Like, it's, it's, it's terrible.
