Listen, I get it.
The news is terrifying.
The weather is terrifying.
So many people have talked about with all the political change and the climate change and the environmental change,
relationship change, You know,
there's so much change in the world happening that their nervous system is overloaded and that they're really struggling to stay hopeful.
I get it.
It makes total sense that you feel that way.
In no way do I want this episode to be to overlook that or to make you feel invalidated.
It's totally valid.
