The Trump administration's buyout plan for federal workers is back on.
A federal judge in Massachusetts lifted a freeze on the program yesterday, ruling that labor UN seeking to pause it, lacked proper legal standing as they weren't directly affected.
A spokeswoman for the Office of Personnel Management, which extended the buyout offer to more than 2 million federal workers, said the agency was pleased with the court's decision and that the program had closed at 7pm yesterday.
