How do you think you kept your emotional strength so high, under extreme pain,
loss, physical loss, psychological and emotional loss with fallen brothers and teammates?
How did you keep your emotions, your heart,
at a level of some sense of peace and not get into a depressed state or a downward spiral like so many people do,
which is probably normal for people when they've lost their brothers or teammates,
their family, a potential loss of identity of being a soldier again.
How did you keep your heart and your emotions in a state of calm,
