As a phone call between Donald Trump and Xi Jinping doesn't happen,
we'll get a sense of how this is going down in Washington and in China
and Canada and Mexico may be off the hook for a few weeks,
but one Canadian union leader is worried for the future.
Economically speaking, these tariffs will be very painful,
not just for Canadian workers, but for American workers and American consumers.
