First, a look at what else is happening in today's news.
Tariffs of an additional 10% have been imposed on goods imported to the USA from China.
China has retaliated in the last few minutes.
The US has paused the introduction of tariffs on goods imported from Canada.
However, earlier President Trump suspended import charges on Mexican goods for a month.
And a ceasefire has been declared by rebels in the Eastern Democratic Republic of Con.

But first, the South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol faces two trials at the moment.
On February 20, he's expected to be in court to face charges of insurrection.
This week, however, is the turn of his impeachment.
