A mid-air collision between a passenger plane and a military helicopter over Washington DC leaves sixty-seven people dead. So how could the paths of the two aircraft cross so disastrously? We hear from a former air accident investigator. Also in the programme: chaotic scenes as seven hostages - including five Thai nationals - are released from Gaza; plus, how Zika virus makes humans more attractive to mosquitoes. And could a fifty dollar painting bought in a garage sale really be a Van Gogh?
