We just got on like a house on fire from the word go.

And that night I was supposed to be going on a date.
I was 25, I'd never met you before.
You were just about to join the Guardian.
I thought, oh, I'll go for a quick drink with her and then I'll scoot off on my date.
But it was just so fun.
There was this kind of immediate chemistry, wasn't there?
