perhaps you are already aware, but Santa Claus is not the mayor of the North Pole.
I think we all assumed he didn't have a mayoral role.
There was a politician called Santa Claus, and I think he lived in North Pole.
And I thought he was the mayor, actually.
So in fairness, I would have fallen for this one.
Well, he's a council member of the North Pole government.
It's actually, of course, Larry Turch, who is the mayor of the North Pole.
And this is North Pole, Alaska.
I hadn't heard of this before.
I actually send my letters to Larry Turch when I want to get something for Christmas.
