My dad taught me how to swim when I was five,
and now, many years later, I still really love swimming.
I went swimming in my friend's outdoor pool this week.
The water is pretty cool, but I really love swimming under a big sky.
Another of my reasons to be cheerful this week is that I've been visiting an old town in the west of England called Bath.
It's a Roman town which is over 2,000 years old.
It was called Bath
because the Romans also liked swimming and they built swimming pools in Bath where people could bathe and swim in the natural hot springs.
And my third reason to be cheerful is that I'm looking forward to two online shows this month.
