Tech's biggest rivals are actually for once on the same page, warning it's time to pump the brakes on AI.
But getting the White House on board might be a bigger hurdle.
So Anthropic CEO Dario Amadei was writing on Saturday, quote,
we must slow the pace at which we improve the capabilities of AI models.
Progress still may seem fast, and we must make wise use of the time we gain.
Now, he wants regulation, and apparently other tech CEOs agree, calling for independent evaluators in the AI space.
