and stressed it would not give up on a civilian nuclear program.
President Masoud Pezeshkian said that he changed his speech at the last minute
after hearing President Trump threaten to annihilate his country
while at the very same podium one day earlier.
In his speech delivered with U.N. translation,
he referenced Trump directly.
