okay our friends so we've been talking about farms and why are farms interesting
why are they necessary for us to learn about
because you eat raise your hand if you eat i do eat and guess what most everything
that you eat comes from a farm don't believe
me then have i got the book for you today we are reading
sometimes stuff doesn't come from farms Sometimes, sometimes some things come from factories,
but we're going to talk about that in today's story.
Like those almond bars?
Well, almonds, believe it or not.
The almond bars that were crushed, the almonds that were crushed into the protein bars, those things.
Yes, but here's the fun fact about that.
Almonds come from orchards where they grow almond trees.
So we are reading today the Curious George book called Farm to Table.
And of course, this story was based on the TV series, a teleplay written by Ken Scarborough.
And this is adapted by Julie M. Fenner.
And I can't wait to read it with you today and learn a little
bit about what we are eating.
Are you ready?
Today's story is read by Mommy.
He's just rolled over and kind of flopped there.
