So real quick, just to clarify something.
Towards the end of last episode, I talked about doing a couple episodes on the late work of Wittgenstein and Heidegger.
But based on the emails I received after releasing last episode,
it seems clear that people don't really want to hear about it.
They kind of want to just move on to postmodernism.
Now personally, I think to fully understand postmodernism,
it's absolutely crucial to understand this transition from logical positivism to the mid-20th century,
where there's more of a focus on behaviorism and pragmatism.
But look, let's be honest here.
At the end of the day,
I'm a dance and monkey that's doing episodes about what the majority of people want to hear about,
or else I go out of business.
So with that in mind, today's episode is part one of a series on Michel Foucault.
