  • For today's episode, I wanted to continue my new series called Mindful Moments.

  • where I highlight people, situations, events,

  • feelings of well-being and peace, and remembering that these are my personal mindful moments.

  • I'm certain that if you allow yourself to stop and think about it,

  • So for today's episode,

  • the mindful moment that I'd like to share pertains to the majestic Caribbean.

  • The Caribbean in general holds a special place in my heart,

  • mainly because both of my parents are from there.

  • My father's side is from Cuba and Jamaica, and my mother's side is from Antigua, Barbuda.
