Yes, we made it through the week.
It's Eve here with you.
I know I've touched on some pretty heavy topics this week.
But I share some of these topics with you because that's life.
Life is messy and complicated and pretty tough at times.
And I read a quote on Instagram that Tiny Buddha had posted.
It was by an unknown author, but it really resonated with me.
And it said, what do you do for a living?
Me?
My best.
I do my best.
I'm smiling because that's exactly right.
We're all just doing our best.
I think it also helps to take the pressure off a little when we realize we're all in this together.
As it's Friday, let's just take a moment to pause and to check in.
That's what I love about my mindfulness practice, that you can really plug in at any moment.
So wherever you are right now, Take a couple of slower,
deeper breaths, breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
As you inhale, it's as if you're breathing in a sense of space and ease.
