  • I am a licensed anxiety specialist and today we're discussing how to stop worrying

  • if people are judging you.

  • Now, let's be real for a second.

  • I want you to raise your hand if you've ever felt that sinking feeling in your gut.

  • You're worrying about what someone might think about you.

  • It might be at work, with friends, on social media, or even just as you walk down the street.

  • Or instead of that, it's a sinking feeling.
