(beautify is an action, a verb, meaning to make something beautiful) §  Adjective: I bought a beautiful new dress. (as an adjective, it describes a thing - in this case, a dress) §  Adverb: He sings beautifully. (as an adverb, it describes a verb - the way he sings)   Let’s keep going with more English words that have 4 forms.
