  • I'm just in Torneo, which is a city in Finland's Lapland region.

  • And it's right on the border of Sweden.

  • There's no border control, no security.

  • There's just a few cameras.

  • You can literally just cross over and you're in Sweden.

  • Rasheen Kelly, a journalist at the Sunday Times, travelled to northern Finland in May.

  • Usually the lake here would be completely frozen over and, you know, everything would be covered in snow.

  • But we're here in May and I'm told it's actually unusually warm for this time of year.

  • It's quite mild.

  • It's a quiet place, just sort of lots of kids playing

  • and people out for walks, walking their dogs, going about their business.

  • There's not much around.

  • But Rasheen isn't there for sightseeing.

  • Tornio is the birthplace of an innovative treatment for mental health conditions called Open Dialogue.
