Hello and welcome to Super Great Kids Stories Wise tales from storytellers around the world,
which will make you laugh and sometimes cry.
Recommended for ages 35 to 105.
I'm Kim and I love stories.
Hello, super Great kids and how are you?
I wonder if it's holiday season yet in your house.
I've got two reasons to be cheerful this week.
We're performing a Super Great Kids Stories online show in just over a month on Saturday, July 20,
where Kate Corkery and I will be telling stories and we can say hello to some of you afterwards.
For more details,
go to the news section on our website@supergreatkidstories.com and while you're there,
take a look at our new improved shop with super great T shirts for summer and super great stickers.
And I'm also very happy
because today we have a beautiful Welsh Romany tale told by gifted storyteller Daniel Morton.
Romani people originally came from India a very long time ago and they're now based mainly in Europe.
They traditionally live by traveling from place to place and they tell beautiful stories.
Now, just before we hear one of these Romani tales from Daniel,
which is about a ring which grants wishes,
can you think of any other stories where people are given a wish?
Have a little think about that while we have a quick word with the grown ups.
