  • And now here's an excerpt from episode 47, Borrow or Steal, available exclusively at patreon.com startwiththis.

  • Can you accidentally.

  • Have you ever accidentally stole somebody's work?

  • Do you worry about accidentally stealing something?

  • Meaning, like, you just have a phrase in your head or something or an idea in your head that you've been turning around for a while and you don't realize that maybe.

  • Maybe you pulled it from something you saw, but it didn't impact you at the time.

  • Do you ever worry about stuff like that?

  • Yeah, I mean, I accidentally steal is such an interesting way of thinking about it.

  • I mean, if you do absorb a lot of work, it's possible that you will come up.

  • Come up with an idea that you don't remember was in a piece of work you read or turn a phrase, Something as small as that.

  • You know, I think about that.

  • I do.

  • I write songs as a hobby.

  • It's a hobby I really enjoy.

  • But I'm always very glad that it's not my job because one thing I always think about is how few notes there are.

  • And just.

  • I'm like, the permutations are pretty small.
