Dude, you know what's crazy?
We're like almost halfway through the year.
That is very crazy.
So because we 're getting closer and closer to halfway and then end of year,
we thought it would be fun to talk about maintaining momentum in your life.
Now is a good time to check ourselves and make sure we 're still riding those waves of momentum as we get closer to,
you know, the middle of the year and as the year progresses.
So let's talk about what maintaining momentum.
Even means.
To me, it kind of means being able to almost convince yourself to keep doing what you need to do.
I think that's like an aspect of how I think about it.
Yeah, I think that's a good way to put it.
Momentum is to me like forward moving progression.
It 's interesting, like sometimes momentum is going well and I can tell because I look
forward to what I'm going to do tomorrow.
Like I'm like, oh, today I was able to achieve A and B and tomorrow I ca n't wait to do C and D.
And it feels like so easy and so effortless.
