  • Dude, you know what's crazy?

  • We're like almost halfway through the year.

  • That is very crazy.

  • So because we 're getting closer and closer to halfway and then end of year,

  • we thought it would be fun to talk about maintaining momentum in your life.

  • Now is a good time to check ourselves and make sure we 're still riding those waves of momentum as we get closer to,

  • you know, the middle of the year and as the year progresses.

  • So let's talk about what maintaining momentum.

  • Even means.

  • To me, it kind of means being able to almost convince yourself to keep doing what you need to do.

  • I think that's like an aspect of how I think about it.

  • Yeah, I think that's a good way to put it.

  • Momentum is to me like forward moving progression.

  • It 's interesting, like sometimes momentum is going well and I can tell because I look

  • forward to what I'm going to do tomorrow.

  • Like I'm like, oh, today I was able to achieve A and B and tomorrow I ca n't wait to do C and D.

  • And it feels like so easy and so effortless.
